The evening was hosted by Sonia, the owner of Silesian Winery, and our sommelier Rafał, who shared with you the history of the wines, the terroir, and the passion behind each bottle.

On June 27, together with Silesian Winery , we organized a wonderful evening full of flavors, stories, and the shared discovery of wines from one of Lower Silesia’s absolute top wineries.

In an intimate setting, gathered around a shared table, we combined culinary creativity with the art of winemaking. A five-course tasting menu with carefully selected wine pairings awaited you—each dish and each glass told its own story.

The menu includes

Riesling – lobster, gooseberry, lemon, hints of grapefruit

Rondo Vous – Ponzu Donuts

Cuvee – guinea fowl, currant sauce, morels, rhubarb, potato rösti

Silesian Late Harvest – tart with almond cream, apple, and pineapple
