Project Title: Diversification of the business operations of La Maddalena Ziajka Nowaczyk and Partners Limited Partnership in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the city of Wrocław, through the expansion of restaurant services and diversification into new catering services – Region No. 5.

Planned activities (tasks) within the project and the expected outcomes:

The project covers five key areas of development:

1. Business Expansion: Production of bread and pastries: Introduction of a new product to the lineup: freshly baked bread, cakes, and cookies, available both to restaurant customers and as part of catering services
2. Business Diversification: New Catering Services: Providing comprehensive catering services for events and parties, including outdoor events, which have not been provided or offered to date
3. Green Investments
4. Digitization
5. Employee Training

The goal of the project is the comprehensive development of La Maddalena restaurant, including business expansion, service diversification, green investments, digitalization, and employee training. These measures are intended to increase the restaurant’s competitiveness and resilience to crises, optimize costs, and boost revenue.

These goals will be achievable through investment, consulting, and training initiatives.

Target groups:

• people with disabilities who wish to take advantage of our services,
• all customers using café and restaurant services, tourists, and those interested in takeout and catering options
