Project title: Diversification of operations of La Maddalena Ziajka Nowaczyk i wspólnicy Sp. Komandytowa in Lower Silesia province in the city of Wroclaw, through the development of restaurant services and diversification with new catering services - region No. 5.

Planned activities (tasks) under the project and the results planned to be achieved:

The project covers five key areas of development:

  1. Expansion of Business: Production of bread and pastry products: Introducing a new product to offer: freshly baked breads, cakes and pastries pastries, available both to restaurant customers and as part of the catering services
  2. Business Diversification: New Catering Services: Providing comprehensive catering services for events and parties, including outdoors, that have not have been provided and offered before
  3. Green investments
  4. Digitization
  5. Employee training

The project aims to comprehensively develop La Maddalena restaurants, including expansion of operations, diversification of services, green investments, digitization and employee training. These measures are aimed at increasing competitiveness, resilience to crises, optimizing costs and increasing restaurant revenues.

These goals will be achievable by carrying out investment, consulting and training activities.
