The Harmony Evening with a tasting menu prepared by La Maddalena Restaurant chef Pawel Kaszubski and phenomenally paired to the dishes with excellent whiskeys from The Macallan distillery.

The whole thing: a 5-course tasting menu with a full pairing of whiskeys and wines costs £450 per person. We promise, together we will open absolutely exceptional vintages and indies.
The dishes on the menu will be based on the philosophy of 'whisky cuisine', that is, they will directly refer to the production process of 'Scottish gold'. This is a nod not only to the careful, decades-long process of producing the world-renowned whisky, but also to the highest quality ingredients, as well as the strength of local traditions.
